What you will do

• Build and deploy scalable AI products leveraging LLMs to support the payment orchestration platform.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for use cases including customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems and workflows.
• Research and experiment with emerging LLM technologies to drive product innovation.
• Leverage payment and user interaction data to fine-tune AI models and improve performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying products using LLMs such as GPT.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and optimization for specific outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies (e.g., Whisper, AWS Polly).
• Fluent English.
