What you will do

• Lead algorithm selection, design, and prototyping of ML models for recommendation and predictive analytics.
• Architect ML lifecycles with DAGs and automated pipelines for production robustness.
• Define strategies for model observability, tuning, and optimisation post-deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor team members and integrate ML models into backend flows for low latency and high availability.

Requirements

• Based in Buenos Aires region with office presence 1-2 days a week.
• Deep mathematical understanding and elite engineering skills for complex business problems.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
• Expert Python with Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in NLP, semantic search, or recommendation engines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production.
• Familiarity with vector databases and Elasticsearch.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
