What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to exceed sales targets in the US market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise-level clients and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to align sales strategies.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and optimize decision-making processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation for sales processes, best practices, and training materials.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading BDE teams in the US region with a focus on enterprise-level sales.
- Professional experience in Business Development within a B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from sales data.
- Valid US work authorization (E-Verify employer).
Nice to have
- Previous experience working in the Conversational AI (ConvAI) space.
- Proficiency in additional Southern European languages.
