What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to exceed sales targets in the US market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise-level clients and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to align sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for sales processes, best practices, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading BDE teams in the US region with a focus on enterprise-level sales.
  • Professional experience in Business Development within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from sales data.
  • Valid US work authorization (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in the Conversational AI (ConvAI) space.
  • Proficiency in additional Southern European languages.
