AI Business Development Vertical Lead (Education): Driving revenue expansion for hirify.global’s AI and agentic video workflow solutions in the education sector with an accent on acquiring enterprise clients and scaling GTM strategies. Focus on developing vertical-specific sales playbooks, leading complex deal cycles, and influencing product roadmap for AI transformation.

Location: Hybrid work model (offices in New York, London, Singapore, Tel Aviv)

Base: $150,000 – $200,000 (dependent on location and experience) + bonus and commission

What you will do

  • Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts with AI product portfolio.
  • Lead strategic deal cycles from discovery to closure in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Develop and implement vertical-specific AI GTM plans, sales playbooks, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on vertical narratives, campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Serve as thought leader in AI transformation through conferences and executive engagement.
  • Expand account penetration across departments like Learning & Development, HR, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience (AI preferred), strategy consulting, or business development.
  • Proven track record closing large complex SaaS deals exceeding $1M ARR and surpassing quotas.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Education industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude in AI, automation, and agentic systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
