TL;DR

Account Manager (Video Platform): Building and maintaining key relationships with US enterprise customers, retaining clients, and prospecting new business opportunities within existing accounts with an accent on adoption, expansion, and long-term success. Focus on identifying new use cases for the hirify.global video platform, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving retention and growth quotas.

Location: Hybrid work for US customers; up to 33% travel required

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base

What you will do

  • Strategically identify, target, and develop new opportunities within existing enterprise customer accounts.
  • Manage complex enterprise solution sales with 3-9 month cycles, focusing on video platform expansion.
  • Work with clients to maximize video use across their business and establish key performance goals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships at tactical and executive levels through business reviews, health calls, and onsite visits.
  • Articulate business impact of hirify.global and dynamically manage account assignments for retention, adoption, and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise account management and/or selling role
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 33% as required
  • Experience managing 20+ accounts and consistently meeting retention/growth quotas
  • Track record with Fortune 500 companies, executive presence, and pipeline/forecast management
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise technology
  • Salesforce.com experience
