TL;DR

Sales Training & Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Managing onboarding and ongoing training for the sales organization with an accent on content creation and performance optimization. Focus on designing curricula for the US faith market, coaching sales reps, and driving adoption of the sales tech stack.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX or Colorado Springs, CO, or remote in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA

Compensation Range: $72,000 - $80,000

What you will do

  • Own and execute the comprehensive onboarding program for new SDRs and Account Executives to ensure rapid ramping.
  • Design and maintain a library of training materials, including videos and presentations tailored to the US faith market.
  • Deliver ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and advanced sales skills.
  • Provide targeted coaching for reps on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to drive success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate updates into actionable sales content.
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Allen, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, or one of the approved remote states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA).
  • Deep knowledge of the US faith market, specifically Protestant churches, including buying cycles and technical production environments.
  • Proven ability to create effective training curricula and content from scratch.
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Gap.
  • 2+ years of experience in a direct contributor sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Manager).
  • 2+ years of experience in a training, coaching, or enablement role.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce/CRM, and Outreach/Salesloft.
  • Experience administering or creating content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
