What you will do

• Qualify inbound leads and schedule sales calls for the senior team.
• Execute outbound tactics including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email follow-ups.
• Manage and respond to inbound prospects to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Support creative initiatives, such as co-hosting podcast episodes.
• Perform sales support tasks to strengthen overall pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM.
• 2+ years of proven SDR experience handling inbound sales conversations.
• English proficiency: B2-C1 (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, or web design.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week initially, with a transition to full-time based on performance.
