What you will do

• Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths.
• Engage with customers and partners to address inquiries, concerns, and escalations while communicating renewal offerings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth in collaboration with sales.
• Evaluate and improve renewal processes, leveraging automation and tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, customer success) to align on renewal status, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
• Experience in sales, customer success, or renewal management preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ), Outreach, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Legal work authorization in Colombia required; no sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or SaaS organizations.
• Familiarity with contract management and legal terminology.
