Bilingual Renewals Specialist (English/Spanish): Manage renewal processes for cybersecurity customer contracts with an accent on customer analysis, partner relationships, and revenue optimization. Location: Remote (Colombia) – must have legal authorization to work in Colombia without employer sponsorship

What you will do
- Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths.
- Engage with customers and partners to address inquiries, concerns, and escalations while communicating renewal offerings.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth in collaboration with sales.
- Evaluate and improve renewal processes, leveraging automation and tools for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, customer success) to align on renewal status, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
- Experience in sales, customer success, or renewal management preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ), Outreach, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Legal work authorization in Colombia required; no sponsorship

- Experience in technology or SaaS organizations.
- Familiarity with contract management and legal terminology.
