Location: 100% Remote. Must reside in California, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, or Colorado. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holders qualify; H1B or other work visas do not qualify).

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Provision, configure, and maintain company Windows and macOS devices using MDM tools like JumpCloud.
• Provide L1 helpdesk support to resolve common IT issues regarding access, software, and connectivity.
• Manage user identity and access (SSO, MFA) across Microsoft 365, JumpCloud, and Atlassian.
• Assist in the administration of Azure and other cloud platforms and monitor system health.
• Ensure security compliance through patching, MFA enforcement, and participation in audit preparation.
• Maintain IT documentation and track hardware inventory, including coordinating device shipments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Junior IT Administration.
• Basic experience with Windows and macOS administration.
• Familiarity with MDM tools, identity management concepts (SSO, MFA), and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge including DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident living and working from the US.
• Must reside in one of the following states: California, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, or Colorado.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
