TL;DR
Junior Endpoint Administrator (IT): Managing and maintaining the endpoint environment for a global digital marketplace with an accent on device management, security, and user support. Focus on automating administrative tasks, implementing configuration policies, and ensuring system stability across Windows and macOS platforms.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Rzeszow office for the first 3 months, after which a hybrid or remote model is available.

What you will do
- Manage and maintain the endpoint environment using MDM/UEM tools like Intune and SCCM.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for office software, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Administer user accounts across systems including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and VPN.
- Prepare and distribute operating system images, software packages, and security patches.
- Create and implement configuration policies such as GPO and endpoint protection.
- Document procedures and contribute to the technical knowledge base.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of IT experience, including at least 6 months in a Service Desk or user support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic understanding of macOS, Android, and iOS.
- Experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash for task automation.
- Ability to create and modify Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Good command of English for technical documentation and international collaboration.
