TL;DR

Principal Salesforce Architect (Salesforce/CI-CD): Lead architecture, optimization, and transformation for enterprise banking customers using hirify.global tools with an accent on nCino and ARM implementations, performance, scalability, and reliability. Location: Must be permanently located in the Czech Republic and eligible to work in CZ. Remote only possible from Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Serve as lead architect for strategic customer engagements, focusing on nCino and ARM implementations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and re-architect customer environments to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Partner directly with customers to drive successful adoption of hirify.global products.
• Act as banking domain SME, providing CI/CD best practices for financial services.
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives using hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap and support pre-sales/expansion.
• Contribute to thought leadership via blogs, whitepapers, and travel for key engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, DevOps, or CI/CD engineering.
• Deep expertise in hirify.global ARM and nCino platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting/advisory capacity.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills in complex multi-org environments.
• Experience applying AI/automation to delivery, operations, or outcomes.
• Excellent English and ability to operate in global, remote-first environment.
• Must adhere to internal controls and processes.

• Experience with hirify.global Vault or data protection solutions.
• Background in banking or financial services technology environments.
• Experience contributing to product strategy or roadmap.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks for financial institutions.
