What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support global marketing and sales operations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Direct integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems such as Marketo, Impartner, and ERPs (SAP, Workday).
• Establish and enforce development standards, configuration best practices, and platform governance.
• Mentor developers and solution consultants, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Analyze master and transactional data to enhance validation, syndication, and cleanup processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems and middleware platforms.
• Must be based in Chile.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, or Technical Architect.
• Experience with global deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance, SOX compliance, and security protocols.
