What you will do

• Lead and own technical solution design, including Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, and supporting data structures.
• Analyze and navigate the limits of Agentforce Agents to develop novel solutions for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and UX Designers to translate business needs into architecture.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Research and integrate new Salesforce products and technical capabilities into client solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce development role.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience developing Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Visualforce.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
