TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario only)

What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospective customers.
  • Create and deliver compelling technical demos showcasing the power of the Salesforce platform and AI capabilities.
  • Gather detailed requirements for large-scale service transformation projects.
  • Develop accurate and competitive Proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
  • Act as a technical liaison between sales and delivery teams to improve response efficiency and product improvements.
  • Provide field feedback to Product Managers to advance the AppExchange and AI product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce and Agentforce.
  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, specifically in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

Nice to have

  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role.
  • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and architecture.
  • Strong passion for the AI space.
