What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of paid search, social, and display campaigns
• Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting with strategic insights for leadership
• Manage multi-million-dollar media budget in a seasonal education model focusing on incremental growth
• Develop testing methodologies tying creative, messaging, and strategic frameworks
• Lead agency and platform partner relationships ensuring accountability
• Translate data and insights into recommendations and align paid media with business goals
• Support M&A by auditing and optimizing paid media for acquired brands

Requirements

• 6–9 years of paid media experience, agency background preferred
• Proven experience managing and developing a performance marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Bing Ads
• Strong knowledge of KPIs: ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV in subscription models
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with AI tools (Claude preferred)
• Experience with first-party data activation and Google Analytics
• Clear communication for presenting to senior stakeholders
