What you will do
- Manage paid search campaigns across various clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
- Provide analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance and client data sources like GA or Shopify
- Participate in weekly department scrums, training sessions, and development of new training materials
- Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and clients
- Utilize AI tools and 's Nova ecosystem to enhance workflows and business processes
- Continuously improve campaign performance against client goals through testing and data science
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1+ years in an agency setting
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing: campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development
- Significant experience in Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, communication, organizational, and project management skills
