What you will do

• Own full execution of performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, and more
• Lead builds, production, and optimizations for performance improvements relative to goals
• Manage client budgets, strategic internal communication, and weekly progress recaps with insights and recommendations
• Handle performance reporting, leveraging data to articulate results and next steps
• Employ AI technologies and hirify.global's Nova ecosystem to enhance processes
• Collaborate cross-channel and adapt strategies to business goals and landscape changes

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in agency setting
• Minimum 2 years with direct response marketing in eCommerce, lead gen, or B2B
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Meta Ads and Search Engine Marketing (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy)
• Experience with Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local, or Bing Ads
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suite; strong full-funnel marketing understanding
