What you will do

• Own and execute paid social strategies for 3-5 high-value accounts.
• Lead strategic conversations and manage senior-level client relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior strategists and specialists to scale team capabilities.
• Manage full-cycle campaign execution, including building, optimizing, and reporting.
• Integrate AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.
• Support new business development through strategic audits and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, specifically in paid social.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and emerging platforms like TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for metrics reporting and pivot tables.
• Strong client communication and public speaking skills.
• Must be based in Colombia.
