What you will do

  • Own and manage paid digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and CTV.
  • Plan, launch, and scale paid search, social, display, video, and native campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights from Google Analytics and GTM.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
  • Manage budgets, bids, pacing, and forecasts to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align media execution with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital media management.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong Excel skills for performance analysis and modeling.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Must be able to work according to US business hours.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first teams.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Background in data-centric or performance marketing environments.
