What you will do

• Manage designated paid media accounts, ensuring accurate budget pacing and meeting KPI requirements.
• Develop and execute end-to-end paid advertising strategies specifically for direct response marketing.
• Perform ongoing account maintenance including optimizations, structural updates, and copy revisions.
• Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests for targeting, creative, and messaging to improve performance.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports and communicate data-backed insights to supervisors and clients.
• Leverage the proprietary Nova ecosystem and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and strategy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience with at least 6 months of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience with direct response marketing in Lead Gen, E-Commerce, or B2B sectors.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analytics.
• English: Advanced spoken and written proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.
