What you will do

• Manage enterprise-level account campaigns, including daily optimizations, creation, and high-level strategy ownership.
• Provide intelligent analysis and action plans based on campaign performance data from sources like GA and Shopify.
• Develop and execute strategies across Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, and Bing Ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams and executives to align paid media efforts with broader business goals.
• Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suites.
