What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for crypto-related products and infrastructure.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software components.
• Provide technical mentorship to senior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies in blockchain protocols, DeFi, and tokenization standards.
• Drive system reliability, operational excellence, and incident response for crypto platform services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing enterprise systems in C#
• 10+ years of experience with SQL (preferably PostgreSQL or SQL Server)
• 5+ years of experience with blockchain technologies, crypto protocols, or digital asset platforms
• Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, wallet management, and key custody.
• Proficiency with AWS and Docker/Containers.
• Strong grasp of cryptographic principles, including hashing, encryption, and HSMs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of MassTransit or NServiceBus.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and idempotency patterns.
