What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable software systems that power privacy-conscious data collaboration products.
• Lead the technical design and delivery of backend services, platform components, and distributed systems.
• Translate ambiguous product, platform, and customer needs into clear technical strategies and execution plans.
• Drive architecture reviews and engineering standards to improve reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and hands-on collaboration.
• Improve engineering velocity by addressing bottlenecks in developer workflows, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining distributed systems or backend services at scale.
• Strong coding skills in one or more modern programming languages.
• Expertise in system design, API design, data modeling, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience leading technical projects that span multiple engineers or teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with data platforms, analytics systems, or clean room technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment environments.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and workflow orchestration.
