TL;DR

What you will do

• Draft and review sales and business contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate matters and issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits.
• Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company.
• Develop and update company policies relating to legal matters.
• Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues.
• Manage and direct outside counsel as needed.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law, preferably in Iowa.
• 3+ years of experience in a wide range of legal matters.
• Experience working with a law firm or an in-house corporate legal department.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
