What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, professional services, NDAs, vendor, distribution, marketing, and marketplace contracts
• Provide timely legal guidance to sales, business development, procurement, and partner teams on standard commercial issues
• Manage end-to-end contract processes including redlines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination
• Escalate complex issues to senior legal team members
• Maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, and internal guidance
• Support cross-functional teams on routine legal matters and ensure policy compliance

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably mix of law firm and in-house at tech/SaaS company
• Experience with enterprise sales contracts, professional services, software licensing, vendor contracts
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, templates, and playbooks
• Strong drafting, issue-spotting, organizational skills for fast-paced, detail-oriented work
• Practical, business-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across functions, time zones, geographies
