What you will do

• Lead and support a team of user research specialists across multiple projects daily.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research insights with rigorous methodological standards.
• Collaborate with producers, product managers, game designers, and analytics partners to align research with production needs.
• Prioritize and execute operational and strategic user research initiatives with group lead.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and objective visibility to drive team growth and effectiveness.
• Contribute to evolving research processes, standards, and best practices in the Player Insights team.

Requirements

• 9+ years in user research; games industry experience as asset
• Strong expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research, including survey design and data analysis
• Proven experience leading or mentoring researchers in teams
• Master’s degree in social science, psychology, UX design, marketing, or equivalent
• Strong collaboration and communication in multidisciplinary teams
• Solid knowledge of video games industry and player-centered development
