What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to navigate user and business needs during discovery and iterate on design solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of the company's product strategy and user-centric design principles.
• Build and maintain Design Systems libraries while developing innovative products.
• Create and execute research plans, including concept testing, usability testing, and user interview sessions.
• Develop hypotheses and create prototypes in Figma, continually validating and refining work with users.
• Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders and designers to ensure alignment with guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience for mobile and web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool.
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Solid knowledge of experience and visual design fundamentals.
• Must be based in Canada.
