What you will do

• Prepare and conduct user tests, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with game design, product management, and other researchers to integrate insights into development and strategies.
• Develop and maintain research protocols including observation grids, interview guides, and questionnaires.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies like usability testing, surveys, and longitudinal studies.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and workshops.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in user research (games industry experience is a plus).
• Strong fundamentals in research methodologies (mixed-method approaches, survey design, data analysis) and UX principles.
• Master’s degree in social science, psychology, UX design, marketing or equivalent.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the video games industry is required.
