TL;DR
Cold Caller/SDR (Outbound Sales): Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email, pre-qualify prospects by needs, budget, and authority, and book verified high-quality appointments with an accent on high-volume cold outreach and objection handling. Focus on consistently hitting performance targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback to refine messaging and strategies.
Location: Remote (work from anywhere, global team; Mountain Standard Time schedule, Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST)
Salary: $700 USD per month + $50 commission per verified appointment (top performers up to $3000/month)

What you will do
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting via phone and email using Apollo sequences and call scripts
- Pre-qualify prospects by identifying needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines
- Book verified, high-quality appointments for Account Executives and handle rescheduling
- Perform high-volume cold outreach (100-200+ calls per day) and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of activities and conversations in CRM tools
- Provide feedback on prospect responses to improve outreach strategy
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English to engage confidently with U.S. business owners and executives
- Proven track record in cold calling/SDR roles
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship building
- Coachable and disciplined: follow playbooks, scripts, and training guidelines
- Results-driven mindset with consistency in performance
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Apollo, CRM systems, and communication tools
Nice to have
- Experience in performance digital marketing services
- Background in Google services, SEO, PPC, Meta ads, or website design
- Prior use of Apollo, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar sales tools
