What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on retention and revenue growth.
- Set and track quarterly revenue targets to ensure consistent performance and accountability.
- Coach AMs in executing strategic account plans and provide hands-on support for high-potential accounts.
- Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Hire, onboard, and create growth paths for top talent within the Client Services team.
- Provide expert guidance on the DSP, including campaign setup, performance analysis, and optimization.
Requirements
- Must be based on the West Coast of the United States.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or campaign strategy within the programmatic, AdTech, or MarTech space.
- Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and hands-on experience with DSPs and Ad Networks.
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
