What you will do

• Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and a target 99% retention rate.
• Drive product adoption by educating clients on compliance requirements and new feature releases.
• Conduct regular check-in meetings and account audits to identify vulnerabilities and maintain compliance scores.
• Lead customer onboarding processes and provide tailored in-person training sessions.
• Collaborate with clients to mitigate cybersecurity risks through the adoption of security solutions.
• Travel up to 20% to engage directly with partners and clients for in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven experience in building mutually beneficial customer relationships and transferring product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
