What you will do

• Oversee on-site Yankee cylinder services, including grinding, polishing, flame spraying, and doctor blade adjustments.
• Solve on-site technical challenges and remove bottlenecks in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Manage project KPIs to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery across multiple locations.
• Optimize materials and inventory to ensure smooth project execution and equipment availability.
• Collaborate across functions to support sales and coordinate resources for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree or above in mechanical engineering, paper-related fields, or management.
• Solid knowledge of flame spray coating, ideally within Yankee cylinders or dryer systems.
• Experience coordinating activities across internal or outsourced teams.
• English proficiency for technical discussions and customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel frequently (over 70% of your work time).
