Salary: $100,000–$130,000 Annually

What you will do
- Coordinate and execute sustainment activities for deployed test equipment encompassing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and software components.
- Investigate and resolve issues causing production stops, quality escapes, or reduced first-pass yield.
- Manage equipment configuration and release documentation using the Pirana AVMS system.
- Lead test equipment obsolescence management and identify capital asset replacement opportunities.
- Support root cause investigations and perform technical reviews for test software and drawings.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and participate in lean continuous improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, Physics, or Project Management (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Test Equipment sectors.
- Proficiency in maintaining multi-axis, closed-loop, servo-hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
- Experience with JIRA, Pirana, NX, or LabVIEW is advantageous.
- Must be able to obtain US Security Clearances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VISIO.
