Mid Market Account Executive (HRTech/SaaS): Driving growth within the mid-market segment (250-1000 employees) by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with an accent on attracting and signing new companies. Focus on generating a robust revenue pipeline, delivering high-impact product demonstrations, and achieving accurate revenue forecasting.
Location: Must be based in the Northeast (NE) Region of the United States; hybrid options available for those in the NY metro area.
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 base per year + 50/50 variable compensation.

What you will do
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead nurturing to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Perform outbound activities to build and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline.
- Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and implementation timelines.
- Track and manage all pipeline data and metrics within Salesforce CRM.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and through networks of influencers and partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience closing deals in Software (SaaS) sales.
- Experience working within an HR-tech environment.
- Proven track record of hitting and forecasting revenue targets.
- Must reside in the US Northeast (NE) Region.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
