What you will do
- Manage and develop partners by driving revenue and unit sales through new and existing reseller partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and Marketplace teams to create and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
- Document activities in Salesforce, forecast key metrics, and ensure revenue, profitability, and market share targets are met.
- Conduct regular business reviews, manage day-to-day interactions, and serve as subject matter expert on solutions.
- Assist with RFPs/RFIs, manage pilots, assess partner landscape for growth opportunities, and attend trade shows.
- Coach resellers via trainings, demos, webinars, and customer calls; evaluate marketing activities and share partner insights internally.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical sales and 5+ years in account management with channel sales organization.
- Ability to travel 25-50%; passport required.
- Demonstrated understanding of channel ecosystems, proven track record in developing sales/partner accounts, and accurate forecasting.
- Experience in telematics or strong knowledge of products; adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Technical competence with Google Suite, CRM tools; highly organized for multiple tasks.
