TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (IoT/Telematics): Building and nurturing relationships with hirify.global partners to drive revenue growth and unit sales through reseller partnerships with an accent on strategic expansion and long-term profitability. Focus on developing sales plans, forecasting metrics, conducting business reviews, and coaching partners on hirify.global solutions and Marketplace.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia - USA. Flexible hybrid working model supporting in-person and virtual work; encouraged to come into offices; must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify); ability to travel 25-50% required.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop partners by driving revenue and unit sales through new and existing reseller partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and Marketplace teams to create and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
  • Document activities in Salesforce, forecast key metrics, and ensure revenue, profitability, and market share targets are met.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, manage day-to-day interactions, and serve as subject matter expert on hirify.global solutions.
  • Assist with RFPs/RFIs, manage pilots, assess partner landscape for growth opportunities, and attend trade shows.
  • Coach resellers via trainings, demos, webinars, and customer calls; evaluate marketing activities and share partner insights internally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical sales and 5+ years in account management with channel sales organization.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%; passport required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of channel ecosystems, proven track record in developing sales/partner accounts, and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience in telematics or strong knowledge of hirify.global products; adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Technical competence with Google Suite, CRM tools; highly organized for multiple tasks.
