What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight for trade operations, including governance, partner engagement, and business reviews.
• Lead the planning and execution of complex trade initiatives and non-routine trade events requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Define and implement performance metrics and analytics to improve trade operations effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Deliver routine and ad hoc analyses on distribution trends, inventory levels, shipping optimization, and chargebacks.
• Oversee the development and governance of analytical tools, models, and dashboards to support trade decision-making.
• Foster a culture of innovation and analytical rigor within the Trade Operations & Analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in trade operations, data operations, or advanced analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of pharma supply chain channels, including 3PLs, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transaction sets (e.g., 852, 867), GPO data, and third-party sources like IQVIA DDD.
• Must have existing employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not available.
