What you will do

• Write SQL queries to retrieve and combine data, build scalable data models, and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for KPIs like throughput, yield, cycle time, on-time delivery, and machine efficiency.
• Lead investigations on ambiguous data, validate findings with stakeholders, and standardize reporting across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into insights for leadership and support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze workflows, capacity utilization, costs, and support ERP optimization and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in business analysis, data analysis, or operations support
• Strong SQL skills for self-service analysis
• Experience building usable dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ability to structure analytical approaches, validate data, and communicate clearly.
• Self-directed in ambiguous environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Curiosity about manufacturing and quick learning.

Nice to have

• dbt, Python (pandas), or modern BI tools.
• Background in manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or supply chain.
• ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling.
• Shop floor operations, production planning, machining.
• Experience scaling from scrappy v1 to stable v2.
