Salary: CA$158,000 - CA$290,000

What you will do

• Ensure high reliability and correctness for the ledger and orchestrated funds flows.
• Develop new features to better serve hirify.global customers.
• Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable code while minimizing technical debt.
• Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Lead efforts to improve internal systems and processes within the team.
• Participate in the team on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience shipping in production environments and leading projects.
• Strong distributed system instincts and design skills.
• Experience with or a strong desire to learn Python.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects as a strong individual contributor.
• Must be located in the US, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic.
• No visa sponsorship or assistance offered.
