What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws through audits and policy implementation.
  • Oversee performance management, compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with executive leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
  • Manage HR operations, budgeting, and workforce analytics to improve engagement and reduce turnover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR management and leadership experience.
  • Solid expertise in employment law, HR compliance, labor regulations, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition and employee relations within corporate or manufacturing settings.
  • Must be located in or be able to work in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Nice to have

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
