Human Resources Supervisor

What you will do

• Oversee daily HR functions and operations at the plant level, ensuring consistent policy application.
• Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Administer HR programs including onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
• Ensure full legal compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while generating reports for corporate leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR generalist experience in a supervisory position, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS (ADP or UKG is a plus).
• Must be local to the Jacksonville, FL area.
