Salary: $100k base salary + 40% variable bonus

What you will do

  • Recruit and manage SI partners specialized in healthcare to grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Engage healthcare firms to deliver joint value propositions focusing on patient experience and software spend consolidation.
  • Lead sales and delivery enablement and account mapping to prepare partners for implementing healthcare solutions.
  • Drive regular interactions with partners to develop new opportunities and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to execute co-sell plays.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Gamma and Claude, and platforms like CrossBeam to scale impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare SaaS experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare ecosystems and software, specifically Epic and Redox.
  • Proven track record in partnership roles with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing consulting and system integrator (SI) partnerships.
  • Ability to work with technical partners to implement no-code and AI workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.
