Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with limited work-from-home flexibility on Wednesday and Friday

Salary: $202,000–$230,000 base salary annually, plus potential equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana’s core human-and-agent experience.
• Drive AI agent discovery, activation, adoption, and lasting team-wide usage.
• Partner with design and user research to develop interactions for creating, directing, reviewing, and providing feedback to agents.
• Lead enterprise customer discovery, pilots, and beta programs, translating insights into product strategy.
• Design delegation experiences with transparency, control, and feedback loops that build user trust.
• Define engagement metrics, instrument tracking, and continuously improve the product experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI products, collaboration software, or enterprise workflows.
• Experience creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences with design and user research partners.
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers and the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and human-agent collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office under the office-centric hybrid schedule.
