What you will do

• Lead and guide engineering teams reporting to you in Türkiye.
• Drive architecture, build new features, and define engineering best practices to enable product quality.
• Partner with the engineering leadership team to build and inspire a world-class organization.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight of team activities within your areas of expertise.
• Manage the full lifecycle of talent, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring a diverse team.
• Influence product strategy and execution while utilizing AI tools to maximize team potential.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience leading and building software engineering teams.
• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• Experience managing teams of 8+ members, including performance management.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• English: Fluent speaking and writing proficiency is required.
• Must be based in and authorized to work in Türkiye.

Nice to have

• Commercial software development experience in Golang, C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with MacOS or Windows development, including native libraries and frameworks.
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles.
