What you will do

• Lead AI security assessments, analyzing model governance, data handling, and runtime environments for clients.
• Design secure AI architectures featuring sandboxing, runtime policy enforcement, and secure MLOps pipelines.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, data poisoning, and adversarial attacks.
• Manage diverse teams of consultants to deliver security assessments and architectural designs.
• Support business development by scoping engagements and presenting secure AI architecture proposals to clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the maturation of AI security service offerings and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in people or project management.
• Must be based in the United States (based on employment benefits and location requirements).
• Strong software engineering skills in Python or systems languages like Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• Deep expertise in container security, kernel hardening, sandboxing, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP.
• Proven experience consulting on secure architecture for complex enterprise environments.

• Undergraduate technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
