What you will do

• Develop and maintain a practical framework for evaluating, approving, and securely deploying AI tools across the organization.
• Own the vulnerability management program, including scanning, triaging, and coordinating remediation across infrastructure and endpoints.
• Support and improve compliance posture (SOC 2, ISO 27001), including evidence collection and audit support.
• Lead security incident response, investigating alerts, coordinating containment, and driving root cause improvements.
• Manage and tune security tooling including EDR, SIEM/logging, DLP, and identity and access management controls.
• Conduct security reviews of third-party vendors, SaaS integrations, and AI services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security fundamentals (AWS, GCP) and endpoint protection.
• Experience with security tooling including EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Strong written communication skills for creating policies and incident reports.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating AI/ML tools for data privacy and security risks.
• Experience in vendor risk assessment and third-party security reviews.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
