What you will do

  • Define the growth strategy and roadmap for hirify.global.com, owning performance across product pages, docs, and conversion surfaces.
  • Build, manage, and develop a world-class web marketing team across SEO/AEO, content management, and experimentation.
  • Scale a rigorous A/B testing program to improve conversion, activation, and self-serve growth.
  • Optimize end-to-end user journeys for both developer audiences (self-serve) and business buyers (sales-led).
  • Own the web tech stack, ensuring proper CMS setup, tag management, and analytics instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to prioritize and ship infrastructure and UX improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, web marketing, or product-led growth with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record of scaling a website as a measurable revenue channel through CRO and organic traffic growth.
  • Deep expertise in web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.
  • Strong bias toward experimentation, hypothesis formation, and rapid iteration.
  • Must be based in New York or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or developer-facing products.
  • Familiarity with PLG and sales-assisted growth models.
  • Experience with modern CMS (Contentful, Webflow) and CDPs (Segment).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to diagnose technical issues.
  • Background in international or multi-market web strategy.
