Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY); team members are strongly encouraged to be in the office 1-2 days per week.

Salary: $175,000 - $230,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of TV media buying across Linear and Streaming TV, including planning and budgeting.
• Optimize TV spend by identifying high-potential pockets and developing repeatable playbooks for scaling.
• Manage budget forecasting, monitor pacing, and report on spend effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to strengthen attribution and measurement.
• Establish a structured experimentation roadmap for TV with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing manager and partner with the Creative team for performance-driven assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in TV media buying at a high-growth consumer company, startup, or agency.
• Proven experience in people management and developing media buying teams.
• Strong analytical foundation with fluency in CAC, ROAS, LTV to CAC, and blended performance metrics.
• Ability to run incrementality tests and translate data into strategic direction.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with Haus for incrementality testing.
• Hands-on experience planning traditional TV Upfronts and buying Sponsorships.
• Understanding of the sports media landscape.
• Experience with Looker or similar analytics tools.
