Salary: $158K – $245K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the web strategy and quarterly roadmap for hirify.global.com to align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement high-converting web journeys and personalization strategies for prospects, customers, and partners.
• Drive SEO and GEO optimization through site architecture, technical foundation, and content strategy.
• Plan and execute data-driven testing and experimentation to increase signups and lead generation.
• Streamline operational efficiency by implementing automation and integrating new technologies.
• Manage budgets, SOWs, and vendor performance for web agencies and tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web/digital growth across B2C and B2B SaaS or commerce.
• 4+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary web teams.
• Proven track record managing large-scale web properties and CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok).
• Strong expertise in Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and modern front-end practices.
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Deep experience with technical SEO, structured data, and web accessibility standards.
