What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of Method's value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across website, decks, outbound, content, paid, and events.
  • Own marketing projects end-to-end across verticals from brief to execution.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives including product release campaigns, ICP-targeted content, and growth marketing experiments.
  • Support sales, customer success, and product marketing with tactical deliverables like one-pagers, decks, and messaging guides.
  • Build cross-functional fluency and identify gaps in marketing output to bring structure and alignment.
  • Maintain strong understanding of ICP, competitive positioning, and product differentiation.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years post-MBA.
  • Recent experience at a top consulting firm transitioning to startup, with startup internship or high-growth environment exposure.
  • Past experience in marketing role: demand gen, content, or product marketing, ideally for enterprise product.
  • Strong opinions on what works, fast learner who ramps independently.
  • Strong writer and communicator who can polish work without ego.

Nice to have

  • Prior fintech or B2B SaaS experience, especially complex API or infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with demand gen channels (paid, events, email) and content strategy.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, CS, or product on go-to-market.
  • Strong opinions on B2B positioning in financial services.
