What you will do

• Set the enterprise-wide strategic vision for global Controllership, Revenue, AR, and AP functions.
• Accountable for the integrity and accuracy of all financial statements and external regulatory filings in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
• Define the global IFRS 15 policy for complex revenue streams and ensure absolute compliance.
• Optimize the global order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay cycles through automation and new technologies.
• Champion the global target operating model for finance to reduce manual workloads and shorten the close cycle.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent) designation is required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 8+ years of management and 5+ years in a Senior Director or Head of role.
• Demonstrated experience leading the Controllership function within a large, multi-national public company.
• Expert-level knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.
• Strong track record of mentoring and developing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
